Looking back at these images that were being shot while getting a facial, I can’t seem to remember what was going through my mind. My friend told me about electric facials before, since she has been getting them regularly. So I thought.. why not give it a try. Not thinking about the actual treatment that I had to go through. If you know what I mean haha...

My appointment was all taken care off and I could not wait to see the results. I have had many facials in my life, but an electric facial is out of the ordinary even for me. To be completely honest I was scared that my face would look like Freddy Krueger afterwards.. all electrocuted and unrecognisable HAHA! But back to Carina's facial..

Once I lay down Carina placed a bolster to raise my feet up. This to direct my blood circulation towards my face. Next she prepared my skin for extraction with a hot cloth. I almost fell asleep, it felt so relaxing. Then she attached the mask with the electric machine, which had different levels of intensity.

I decided to start with level 1 and build it up, to see if I would notice the difference. A metal taste was going through my mouth but it wasn't bad at all. After the treatment my face was Oscar ready and looked clean and so shiny, while I wasn't wearing any make-up. In fact I was so happy with the result that I already knew that I would do this again. Definitely the place to relax and enjoy some quality time!!
